By downloading or using the Tagtember app ("App"), you agree to these terms of use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

Purpose of the App

Tagtember is designed to facilitate a game of tag with your friends. Users can create editions, invite friends, and tag each other in real life, with the App recording and displaying the locations and descriptions of where tags occurred.

User Obligations

When using Tagtember, you agree to the following:

- Do not engage in any unlawful or harmful activities through the App.

- Respect other users and do not post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any laws.

- Ensure that you are at least 13 years old, or older if required by local laws, to use the App.

User-Generated Content

The App allows users to create content, such as descriptions of tag locations and reactions to events. By posting content, you agree that:

- You are responsible for the content you create and share.

- You will not post any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, and we may ban users who engage in prohibited activities.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in any illegal or harmful activities, or for any other reason at our discretion. Account termination will result in the loss of access to the App and any content associated with your account.

Liability Disclaimer

Tagtember is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. You use the App at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

- Any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from the use of the App.

- Any inaccuracies in the information provided by the App.

- Any third-party links or content that may be accessed through the App.

Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
